Joanna Mueller writes: "Unable to sway their political viewpoint, outraged gamers took to Metacritic to instead attack their game. The PlayStation 4 version of 2064: Read Only Memories has been flooded with negative reviews. Most seem to only criticize the game directly, but there are a few who are openly punishing the developers."

PSBlog: Friday the 13th: The Game and Laser League headline October’s PS Plus lineup.
Not much point in giving out actual decent games for Oct/Nov, far too many huge games coming out soon!
Not really a shocker, they walked right into it. Doesn't make it right, but boy!
The little bit I did play wasn't bad; could be better. Definitely not a 0 game, but not a 10 either. After this semester I plan on playing it again.
The customer is always right. Telling someone to "F*** off!" will get you a bad review no matter what kind of business you're running. I personally don't care about politics but I can't take any game developer serious who uses vile curse words so casually like that in the advertisement of their game.
Well I despise SJW's as much as the next person but is a low metacritic score really going to effect the game in any way?
Game devs have the right to voice their opinions and so does everyone else.
I'm actually happy when these things happen. It would suck if one side was quieted down or forcefully silenced... Then there would be a problem.
That being said. They can shove it. Don't want to play their game. And they deserve it. In the real world you don't get away with just telling someone to fuck off and expect them not to do anything. What a childish thing to say.
