I wish they did something like this with PS1 games. Imagne having 100 PS1 games on 2-4 Blu-ray discs being played in PS4.... one can dream.

Fricking this. It could be the PS4's Rare Replay. Having all the remastered PS1 games that not only were owned by Sony, but also third party ones like Legacy of Kain, Simphony of the Night, Tomb Raider, Spyro, Metal Gear Solid, Dino Crisis, etc. Maybe even hidden gems like Spiderman Enter Electro, Klonoa, Bushido Blade, Alundra, Alien & Die Hard Trilogy, IQ Intelligent Cube, Jade Cocoon, Tenchu, Tobal, and others.
Though 100 PS1 games in one could be a bit too much. Maybe divided in 2 Volumes with 50 games in each.
That is why I said have the 100 games on 2-4 blu/ray discs. So basically 2-4 volumes. I have 140 PS1 games as of right now. I collect them and have most of what you listed but some are insanely expensive like Intelligent Cube which I really want to get. It's around $100 on ebay. But having it in part of a collection of 25 PS1 games on Vol 1 of the PS1 classics collection would be awesome. But I think something like this will eventually happen, maybe not on the PS4 but perhaps on PS5 or PS6. But it would be a dream come true if it happened on PS4.
Judging on PS1 ROM file sizes and assuming a PS4 Blu Ray takes around 50GB, 70 PS1 games per disc seems feasible

Ahh. That clarifies it. I took "Atari" as "Atari the system" not "atari the games company."
That's like seeing a Nintendo Classics collection and having it have third parties like Final Fantasy I on it.

There was an Activision collection on PS2 and PSP. It's quite hard to find nowadays. At least in UK.
