A lot of the clips come for the sake of pure humor, but this person has a knack for using nothing but footage and moments captured from either the games or their creators to put together exceptionally compelling evidence.

What a terrible argument. Uncharted 4 arguably has better gameplay than Andromeda and more importantly, is actually a finished, polished game. Uncharted 4 is more polished. But honestly, is it that hard when you have a far more linear experience? I like Uncharted, but it is one of the most overrated games ever. All people are doing is poonting out the things they messed up on. Screw all the things that got right, or the little details they put alot of time and effort into.

Thats what I mean, what standard? This line of standard is an illusion at best. Certain scenes have surprisingly good animations , but lets think about why that is. Its a big game where they tried to incorporate many different aspects into it. Animations throughout the entirety of the game being high tier would be... a grueling task to accompolish. Unless, that was the focus of their game. People are always comparing everything to the Witcher, but I fail to inderstand why that game was so special. I think the Witcher 3 was a great game, just boring. However, it is definitely overrated. If that is the standard that all developers are compared to, then we cannot ignore all the factors that go into making a game like the Withcer 3. That means all games would have to cut corners in gameplay in order to provide the cinematic, high presentation experience that is the Witcher. That means, if every developer reaches that "holy" standard, we get movie games.

It isn't just the graphics with its poor textures, rendering, and recycled, last gen animations. Or the bug ridden code. It is the nonsensical writing, the 5th grade level remarks and conversation. This isn't July 15, 2003 anymore. It is unpardonable. In this day and age when dealing with a big budget title gamers have a right to both a graphical and aural treat as well as depth of gameplay. These glitches break immersion. The animations pull you out of the moment. Why do you have a smart phone when not having a flip phone in the past worked fine? Its 2017, that's why. You want all the new features.

Immersion, caring about these characters is part of the gameplay. You can't become invested when you are continually reminded it's Max Headroom. Wait, he actually seemed sentient. The eye tearing graphics and animations, the kiddie pool depth immersion, idiotic dialog, all of it is indefensible. You keep fighting for the other side and telling Bioware and EA what they did is okay and the rest of us will take the side of gamers that deserve better.

No, I fight because I wont simply allow people to trample over a really good game just because ot is not up to their lofty perfectionist standards. What most of these people are doing is not even critical, its just a mass flogging. Beating the game senseless and not even considering what it did right. I myself can barely even get into the games that have come out this year: Nioh, Zelda, Horizon, etc. All good games, but I just dont enjoy them like I do Mass Effect: Andromeda.

It doesn't feel it has the magic of the last generation but a sequel may change that like ME2 did.

Getting copy after they fix those biggest game breaking problems. Animations can be bad, but corrupt save and characters falling thru map are too much. Game is like in early access alpha now. 1-3 months and game should have stable version out.

Going to be honest, I didn't like the Witcher because of the combat. wish it was bloodvorne like. I still played it long enough to see glitches like horse fusing with NPC and the like. theres too much space in MEA you could say but the part I don't like is sometimes the graphics are buggy and can look terrible. I've played games for many years and if glichty graphics bothered me too much to the point of not enjoying a game that would be sad.

The sad thing is, I am 100% certain QA reported every single one of those issues, and the devs closed them as Known Shippable.

There was a running joke when I used to work in QA that EA should have changed their name to KS, and kept the "it's in the game" slogan.

This is what I don't understand. There is no way that Bioware wouldn't have been aware of the glitches and bugs, but decided to release it anyway, with the usual 'we'll patch it later' attitude. It is as if Bioware doesn't care about the franchise anymore despite the popularity gained from the original trilogy.

Just finished Horizon ZD and jumped into Mass effect Adromeda. Played it for a few hours and couldn't stand how poor the game is compared with HZD. The story is not engaging and those facial expressions/voices are just game breaker. Conclusion: I returned the game

Hilarious video. A lot of those bugs were fixed in the 1.01 patch though. And despite the facial animations being lackluster at times, the game is actually pretty awesome. I'm about 10 hours in for SP and about 4 in MP and both are really good.

The only issues I see re-occurring are audio bugs when combat begins. Basically, vol. is normal, then I get attacked and the vol. jumps about 3 or 4 ticks on my tv. It's kind of rare, but it does happen.

The best way I've found to describe the mess that is Mass Effect: Andromeda, is that it's a port of an Xbox game that was developed and made by Tommy Wiseau.

And if you don't know who Tommy Wiseau is, watch the movie "The Room". You'll laugh your ass off.
