Even great games can have disappointing segments, especially when those games are as massive as Breath of the Wild
NE: "We're looking at every single Nintendo franchise on Switch and evaluating how they grew and changed during the Switch's life cycle."
The composer took to Twitter to share that he actually stepped back from the position in July 2023, though this is the first time he has publicly acknowledged it.
Polygon: "To get back to the way Ocarina made us feel, it was necessary to reject almost everything about it."
I generally agree with the author here. However, if I had to point out a single game as the 'anti-Breath of the Wild,' that would be Majora's Mask. but still considered the best of the seties.
i would have liked botw to be more like ocarina.
25 years from today whatever Zelda is out people would too be looking fondly at Breath of the Wild.
Ah the more simple times of the 2020s.
"No, here you are forced to play the game stealthy or die trying – and die you will."
Not true. I managed it without stealth and fought everyone in the hide out and came out fine; you just need to be smart with how you approach and attack them. I had 7 hearts at this part so I took it relatively slow.
This large of an article for an actual 5 minute segment of the game. The poster states himself that he's not good at stealth games so you go ahead and right an essay about one of the simplest stealth areas in any Zelda game. Cancer.
(You can literally climb above the whole thing, there's and entire walk way above that level that also has a room with about 15 banana's, all you have to do is walk up to the entrance, skip every enemy, throw a banana in front of the guard and then drop down and enter the room leading to the helm).
Git Gud.
Although it is one of the easiest parts in the game...
