5 important things AFL Evolution has to get right

This might not apply to everyone on here, mainly Aussies, but Red Bull Australia has offered five things the forthcoming Australian Rules Football game, AFL Evolution, needs to get right, and writes:

"Ask any AFL old-timer, and they’ll rue the modern game. “Bring back the biff”, they’ll say. And in one respect they are right -- the modern game is very different to how AFL used to be played. It’s now a faster, more professional sport. There’s less reckless “biff” than there used to be, but in its place are harder bumps and a courageous abandon at which the game is played, with the players putting their bodies on the line with the flight of the ball, as if their lives depended on it. And all of this is built off pace. It’s now one of the fastest games in the world, Ice Hockey notwithstanding. And, cricket aside, it’s also the only game in the world played on an oval field, however, those ovals come in varying shapes and sizes which adds to the dynamic nature of the game. Especially when you add pace."

It is the latter which has today hit AFL Evolution on Xbox One."
