Alternative Chat considers the worrying number of players leaving the game in this week's WoW Wednesday. Is there a problem with Warcraft's best expansion?
BLG writes: "To celebrate the announcement of Dragonflight, the latest World of Warcraft expansion, we decided to rewatch all the game’s cinematics and rank them from worst to best. Including the latest one, of course. In fact, we purposely waited until the new expansion got announced before putting together this list because we wanted to see how the Dragonflight trailer stacked up against all the other WoW cinematics. Spoiler alert: it’s not amazing, but it's not the worst one either."
In this week's WoW Wednesday, Jason discusses how the Demon Hunter ruins Warsong Gulch Rated Battlegrounds, a problem gone unsolved all expansion.
World of Warcraft: Legion, the newest expansion to Blizzard's massive MMO, is without a doubt the best expansion in recent years. But its last raid, Antorus, is a massive disappointment.
Legion is a great expansion
But I've grown into a style where I just can't be bothered to do group content that takes your own time to set up.
I got my character to max level, got to roughly 850 ilvl and was left facing either raiding or joining mythic + runs.
I tried getting into groups to be ignored or instantly declined.
I make my own group for people to join then leave.
I didn't want to get back to a raiding schedule, and just wanted to pick up and play.
I've grown tired of trying to fit into pug groups and had quit months back.
The gap between solo players and raiders is too large to enjoy. But that's due to my end as my efforts to progress weren't tried hard enough.
