Lol, no. It's still one of the worst weapons in the game (if not the absolute worst for its level). People that use it now are those who have tried to master the worst weapon in the game to prove they have real skill in "Destiny's" PvP portion with consistent kills.

In video games there are two logos that appear before the title screen. One is the publisher and one is the developer.

In your question, Monolith is the developer so the logo they are speaking about is the one for Sierra, the publisher.
