Funimation Acquires ‘The Seven Deadly Sins’ Anime

Funimation has made a pretty welcome announcement today with the acquisition of The Seven Deadly Sins with its first anime season. The distributor is looking at bringing it out for North American release by the end of this year on home video. This is a home video only release as Netflix retains the worldwide streaming rights for it and previously produced an English language dub among others.
