VGChartz's Daniel Carreras: "The Videokid is a largely solid arcade title that generally manages to bring Paperboy into the 21st century. But it does feel incomplete. The addition of a proper story mode, or even just a finite amount of videos, would have made The Videokid a much more rounded and complete experience. As it stands, you'll be able to get a good hour or so of fun out of it, but don't be surprised if you quickly grow tired of its repetition thereafter."
