Microsoft is planning on producing more first-party titles than they have before, but that may not be enough.
"A big part of being a cat pirate is sailing the seas and traveling from place to place. What better way to do just that than by playing Cat Quest III on the go? Soon, aspiring kitty pirates will be able to enjoy the charming cat-themed action RPG on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. That should be a purrfect option for gamers who don't have the game on Switch or Steam Deck. The iOS version will still support 2-player local co-op, thankfully," says Co-Optimus.
Mojang announced the release date for the latest Game Drop for Minecraft and a significant visual upgrade for the Bedrock Edition.
"It could be said that Brain Seal Ltd, the developer of the Dark Quest series, is wishy-washy on co-op. Every other game is either single-player or co-op. Thankfully, the upcoming Dark Quest 4 will be one of the co-op ones. In fact, it looks like this will be the biggest and best game yet in the board game-style dungeon crawling series. A demo has recently arrived on Steam, and the game will come to both consoles and PC later this year," says Co-Optimus.
Xbox will be a service on pcs soon judging by a lot of moves ive been seeing by microsoft.
M$ was never really dedicated to the xbox
Its all about Windows / pushing Xbox more into service with Microsoft. They even report on the brand likes its a service with mostly downloads/users/headshots and other stats.
Hold up producing more first party titles is a bad thing. Since when. Smh at some of these opinion pieces.
"Microsoft can’t save the Xbox from the onslaught of Nintendo and Sony exclusives that are about to flood the marketplace. We’re already seeing it from Sony’s end. Nioh, Resident Evil 7 VR, Gravity Rush 2, and Yakuza 0"
While I agree that Microsoft's first party isn't as strong as its competitors, Nintendo's exclusives didn't help GameCube outsell Xbox in the end. I also have issue with you calling RE7 VR an exclusive game when it's just a mode in an preexisting multiplatform game.
"Halo Wars 2 is a bit of a niche title."
The original Halo Wars sold 2.63 million copies. I wouldn't call that niche. It's also hypocritical of you to list Yakuza 0, a niche title, but then later chastise another title that you downplay because you perceive it to be niche.
"As for Crackdown 3, its development process has been littered with red flags."
Man the only reason people are even interested in that game is the supposed "powah uv teh clowd." You never saw previous installments in this franchise garner so much attention outside of being games that were bundled in with Halo 3 and Halo Reach betas.
