We Are Chicago aims to capture both the positive and negative parts of life in Englewood, the harsh realities and the hope.
Get ready for Blood Message, a game that combines stunning visuals and compelling storytelling from NetEase Games and 24 Entertainment.
This feels like 90% stolen from Uncharted and the guy is also falling or almost falling to often down. Nah this is to much show, something is strange here.
Keiichiro Toyama—the creator and original director of the 1999 Silent Hill—shared his personal thoughts on the recently announced remake by Konami, reflecting on what the project means to him after more than two decades:
“I felt something similar when the game was adapted into a movie. It deeply moved me to see the names of the characters and locations I had created come to life visually, even though I wasn’t directly involved. That wouldn’t have been possible without the continued support of the fans and the dedication of the developers who’ve kept the series alive.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how the remake evolves this time. With the advanced technology we now have, I’m sure I’ll be surprised by how the game is reimagined. Since the original was built for the first PlayStation, there will naturally be challenges—like the camera and controls—but I’m eager to see bold and creative solutions to those elements.”
Haha Not only is bold and creatively not what the industry wants, it’s not what most people want.
They want to get scammed and pay twice for a thing they already own.
Was the SH2 remake even bold? Or was it more or less just a 1 to 1 over the shoulder remake?
Warner Bros. Games has set a new leadership team and restructured around Harry Potter, "Game of Thrones," "Mortal Kombat" and the DC Universe IPs.
This game seems really cool. Might pick it up after No-Oh
Games like this are so important. The medium has a unique ability to transport you to fantastical, far-off worlds. But this is a powerful reminder that it can allow you to walk a mile in the shoes of someone living down the street from you.
It's always great to see a dev create a game that thinks outside the box in respect to the subject material and not creating a game which is immediately traditional in the design and subject matter. Also great to see a local dev step up and create a game that covers a subject that some people, such as the media, are focusing solely on one element, rather than the bigger picture at play for the community.
Any game that taps into our empathy is a good game. Also, getting local artists on board is an awesome idea and will bring in some authentic touches.
Only things i'd say is a little off is they would not say "Was that a gun shot?" when it's that common you already know it's a gunshot. and while i've seen many guns pulled i've never seen/heard anyone do it in any school i went too. Not saying it ever did but given its scarcity i doubt some random kids gonna brandish a gun in the middle of school just to threaten someone he doesnt know.
Other than that this looks really good, can't wait to give this a go
