Yeah it's pretty nice. While the Switch having a paid online service is a bummer, Nintendo made it a lot easier for friends and family to get together and have LAN parties.

May at look at it this way The biggest complaint is nintendos games don't have online and they need to have something similar to Sony and Microsoft. Let's say they combine the best elements from Sony and Microsoft. Then should they not charge? The phone thing I would say disregard we know a small tidbit about what the online truly is.

Seriously? I feel like even diehard Nintendo fanboys wouldn't even this. So, huddled around a small screen elbow to elbow with a friend holding the tiny joy cons is a game changer? I mean, sure if you're TV exploded and all you could play on was a Switch in kick stand mode and wanted to play with a friend it's a good thing.

what if you were out somewhere.. and you were stuck waiting for something? Pop it up, fire up a round with your buddy. Beats standing around any day of the week.

Sure it might not be your cup of tea, but that doesn't mean that other people may not find it interesting or intriguing.

Speak for yourself. When i was a kid growing up doing something like tabletop coop was beyond our scope of gaming with things like nes/snes . now its a reality. I think its pretty bad ass
