IGN: Purr Pals Review

Purr Pals no longer freezes up on you and its Purina product placements are much more subdued, but beyond those two improvements this game has done nothing but lose ground since its original appearance on Nintendo DS. What works on a handheld doesn’t always translate to a home console, which must be why IGN has still yet to see any virtual pet design worth consideration on the Wii – and while cat lovers will absolutely adore the fact that Purr Pals allows you such depth in customizing your cats the rest of the package just doesn’t live up to that initial promise. Take a pass on Purr Pals.
