Tabula Rasa's Richard Garriott will appear on The Colbert Report, to discuss his flight to the International Space Station, Operation Immortality and Colbert's participation with the project.
TGH Writes: "For this week’s Gaming Gods, we go to England, to the unique mindset and genius of Richard Garriott. The man who coined the term Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game."
Lord British himself, Richard Garriott, has won a US$28 million lawsuit against game developers NCsoft Corp.
MMOHut, "Tabula Rasa was a pay to play sci-fi themed MMORPG published by NCSoft which released in November 2, 2007 and shut down 2 years later in February 28, 2009. Isn't it a shame that a game that cost NCSoft a whopping $106 million to develop should go to waste? There's no doubt the game was a financial disaster for NCSoft, as the game only made $6 million..."
I think it would be really successful as a free to play MMORPG, and if possible maybe give it a little graphical upgrade to make the game more appealing.
Lord British!
