With the Assassin’s Creed film released, rumbles over further film adaptations of video games have returned. As a franchise, Uncharted has provided moments that force you to soak in the scene. For years now, I’ve referred to Uncharted 2 and 3 as the accumulation of what mainstream video games have aimed to be.
I don't think there is, i mean the games fill the space pretty nicely. There's not much they could add through a film, bar a few extra eyes on the games
To me it is like the Logan's Run remake. I have been hearing about it for so many years and nothing ever happens. I will believe it when the cameras roll. Also unless Assassin's Creed does well overseas it will be a costly error as it has done poorly in the U.S. the studio is banking on a strong overseas Box Office to turn a profit and ensure the sequels.
No, we have Indiana Jones. Plus it's been in production hell for years with no sign of moving forward.
Do we need a Metal Gear Solid movie?
Most videogame movie adaptations are suffering for a reason
Nope...we have Indiana Jones, which was the main inspiration for Tomb Raider and especially Uncharted.
The Last of Us would be a much better film, really haven't seen that kinda twist with the mold spores. :]
