PlayStation Country take a look at Motor Strike: Immortal Legends an action arcade racer.
PS Plus games for the month of April 2018 are already available to download but if you have a PS Plus membership from Spain or Portugal, you will be able to download one extra game with your membership.

I live in Portugal, but I moved from the States & still use my US account for PS+. Cool they're supporting local talent like this though. Portugal particularly could use a boost in the industry, there's not a whole lot going on here compared to other European countries.
The extra game is Motor Strike: Immortal Legends, you need to live in Spain or Portugal.

Spanish developer FiveXGames has released their team-based action racer Motor Strike: Immortal Legends on the PlayStation 4 console.
The gameplay fits the trashy title...are they serious?! So bad it would even look bad for a cellphone game.. Lol
