Blizzard Announces Necromancer For Diablo 3

Diablo 3 adds Necromancer as playable class BlizzCon is underway and with it come announcement for each of their releases. Diablo 3 was the first to hit the stage today. Many fans were expecting an expansion announcement at this year’s convention, but it appears Blizzard has decided to go forward with smaller but more frequent updates. One of those updates will be Rise of the Necromancer, which brings a new playable class to the game. The Necromancer is a call back from Diablo 2, though not an exact copy. Fans were treated to a trailer as well as a rundown of current abilities. Corpse Explosion is your means of AoE damage as a necromancer.
