As fun as this game is there are a few things holding it back from a solid recommendation. The first is the fact that nobody is playing it online. Playing against humans is always more fun than dumb AI. Hopefully you can trust that your opponent will not be looking at the screen while you’re setting up your ships. Our last complaint is the language. While it’s not severe, we still don’t think it’s necessary to include the word d*mmit in a family friendly title. This is not a word I would like my children to be saying when they get frustrated. Because of these issues we recommend passing on this title and sticking with a previous release or the physical version.
Northern Gamer checks out this console port of a classic board game.
Another classic has been given the console makeover on Switch thanks to Marmalade Game Studio, but is this turn-based naval classic a hit or a miss.
Neil writes: "Thankfully the Xbox Deals With Gold and Spotlight Sale regularly comes along to allow that opportunity, with a huge variety of Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles discounted down to bargain basement levels. The latest sale is now with us, so what cut-price bargains are Xbox gamers being treated to thanks to the Xbox Deals With Gold and Spotlight Sale for 26th Feb - 3rd Mar 2019? Well, we've got the full list - and thanks to the Ubisoft sale that has been integrated in, it's a long one."
The concept is great, but the execution is mediocre at best.
