Bandai Visual Adds ‘Cheer Danshi!!’ DVD/Blu-ray Anime Release Promo
Bandai Visual is handling the home video release for the new Cheer Danshi!! anime series, which was picked up by Funimation for simulcast. With the second volume due out right about now in Japan, they’ve brought out a new two-minute promo to highlight the series home video release overall and to try and remind casual fans to step up and remember why they enjoyed the broadcast run for it and pick up the home video releases. Owing to the nature of the fans that will be going after this series where Blu-ray isn’t as important to them, the show will be getting both DVD and Blu-ray releases. All six volumes are being solicited as limited editions with a bonus CD where the DVDs are priced at 6,000 yen each while the Blu-ray’s are priced at 7,000 yen.
