So one mod has full on modes which adds variety and new levels of gameplay while the other adds...road signs

Right...

I'm going to buy the Steelbook at GAME and then wait until there's a price drop for the actual game. By then I can hopefully see what version to get.

Deadlead3151d ago

I'm just gonna grab it for the XB 1, mods are the best excuse for buying this game again. Might be the only multiplat I buy on XB1 instead of PS4

zeal0us3151d ago (Edited 3151d ago )

I'm going to just stick to my pc version. I wanted to get it for the Ps4 but 1gb limit and no outside asset is a no buy for me. Maybe when it gets $30 or $40 I might give it a try.

Movefasta19933151d ago

That steel book looks beautiful

DragonKnight3150d ago

Fox if you don't want it for PC, honestly just get it for XB1. It literally is the superior version. Frostfall is a highly regarded mod that will never appear on PS4 thanks to how f***ed both Sony and Bethesda are. You've no reason to consider the PS4 version absent of having no other option.

And that's coming from me.

GameHead853151d ago

Both these consoles are trying to be more and more like PC.

Shadowsteal3151d ago

Sure why don't you guys keep begging Rockstar for Red Dead Redemption 2 and Square Enix for Final Fantasy 15?

GameHead853151d ago

Isn't that a little off the subject here?

GameHead853150d ago

To be honest Shadow, I don't follow those games. If they come to PC, by golly they frackin come. I could care less. I can't see a average PC gamer playing Final Fantasy, I can see them playing Red Dead 2 though.

Seafort3150d ago

Not begging anyone for anything. I just play PC games like Civ 6, Shadow Warrior 2, Rimworld, Total War Warhammer etc :)

If those games you mentioned do come to PC you can be damn sure they weren't moneyhatted by a multi-billion dollar company though unlike 3rd party games that end up on one console or the other.

PC is ok, but they dont get those exclusives you get on PS or Nintendo. I rather have Xbox as well. Alot of those xbox games have issues on PC.

@Gamehead,

Youre first comment was off topic, so for you to then say that to another gamer was hilarious. Lmao...

GameHead853150d ago

Whatever, man. I don't see where it was off topic, but OK! I'll laugh with ya! LMFAO!!

bluebenjamin3150d ago

PC version it is enjoy that one gig at least you got that

MAULxx3150d ago (Edited 3150d ago )

I think it will take a little while to see loads of mods for the PS4 version. I know people right now who want to upload their mods for PS4. They have them ready to go but can't because they need the PS4 creation kit that Bethesda gave out to select modders. With the PS4 release being this week & modders who can't get the creation kit yet it seems like it'll take some time. This all fine with me. I'm getting the PS4 version & I can't wait but I think Bethesda could have handled things a whole lot better with this release.

xDealtwithIt3150d ago

Being a console only gamer, I'll have to get the version with full mod support and that will be the xbox one. It's a shame that sony has gone the restrictive route with their system and put limitations on devs who would want to do more with their game than just dlc.

added Creations—Bethesda’s second foray into paid mods—among other things.

Saw this update on fallout 4 pc i got it on steam so mods be broken ahoa now skyrim just great.

They could toss a patch out to fix launch day bugs still around but na they need that money sense they are part if a trillion dollar corporation now.

Let it die. Bethesda is trying to kill it, so they can go all mobile casino games.

Hasn't this been a thing for like a decade? How is this news?

anast1388d ago

Is there a mode that has more than 4 NPC voices?

diepdiep1388d ago

It's called "Interesting NPCS". This adds +200 more characters that aren't one dimensional and has 80 voice actors.

anast1388d ago

Nice. I might revisit the Rim.
