Until Dawn: Rush of Blood Review for PS VR- As Good A Shot As I've Ever Seen

Just over a year ago now, the subtle horror hit Until Dawn hit shelves as well as gamers across the face, in the best sort of way. Greatly talked about from small circles and niche groups to the massive general audience, Until Dawn was quick to reach a near cult level following with is traditional horror tropes, branching story, and intricately cinematic gameplay and interaction. Since first completing a play through or two, everyone who has touched Until Dawn has been begging for any information as to the sequel to the Supermassive Games hit. Sadly, no news on an Until Dawn 2 has been confirmed, but a little extra taste of the universe has trickled down the tracks in the form of the PlayStation VR game Until Dawn: Rush of Blood.

I keep seeing this game and wonder if it's worth it. GameStop has the bundle right now that's $499.99 that includes the game. Still don't know if I will pull the trigger. Read most of your article. Going back in to finish it. Saw the score. Still hope it's enough to make me buy it!

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Need to go back and play with the move controllers now. There's different paths to take, collectibles and leader boards so there is a bit to go back for after the first play.

Never go off scores my friend, go off opinions.

Personally i love it, it is short, however it is a very fun game, and for the price point it's great value, It's fun which is most important.

Also very amusing to watch friends play.

I would not play this without Move controllers though, they make it a significantly better experience

I think this game is definitely worth $20.

finally!, being waiting for this game since its announcement some years ago, so many objects on screen using physics running at 60 fps is always mesmerizing to see.

Played the demo on PSVR2 - it's trippy as hell!

Awesome. I had this on my PS wishlist and was going to buy it Day 1. Seen as I have Extra, now I don't need to!
PSVR2 support too.

Abnor_Mal749d ago

Platformers are not really my thing, but I guess I can try it out on PlusExtra. In VR2 to boot.
