They really have a good foundation now. The game is pretty much addicting. I'm hopeful that in a future game they decide to implement multiplayer and coop.

I played the crap out of the demo, this is day one for me.

Did you find the dragon? I finally killed it. Got a "comfy couch", it's ugly and green but I'm proud of it. I built a room around it and sit on it knowing how I got it. Can't wait to get my hands on the full game.

So far a metacritic of 8.5.

That's puts it on par with Gears 4 and Ratchett & Clank.

On Par as in the score. As in what would normally be a niche title is getting great reviews from mainstream sites.

As in this bodes very well both for the main franchise to make a comeback to the West on a permanent basis and for traditional JRPG franchises in general.

Haven't stopped playing the demo on the vita, killed the dragon and made a ton of houses. So much better than minecraft because it has porpouse and a story to keep you going.
