It is a waste of time. I would of prefered a kick ass 1080p system with a great 4k upscaller than all this useless crap we are getting. Sad.
It just shows the general state of the console crowd too I guess, that doesn't understand anything about graphics quality and thinks resolution is the only thing that matters.
Well sony for one have a vested interest in selling 4k tellies but all the current models have horrendous input lag when running games at 4k with hdr. Im quite happy with my 5 year old 1080p telly until oled prices come down and 4k lag comes down.
