Blend Games Preview: Warriors Orochi 2

Blend Games writes: "If you haven’t worn your thumbs out on every other Dynasty/Orochi Warriors game then maybe you can reddened your palms some more with Koei’s upcoming button-masher, Warriors Orochi 2. Featuring a slew of characters to choose from, a re-invented versus mode, and more disposable bad guys than the most violent Schwarzenegger and Stallone movies combined.

The story follows the attempted revival of the evil Orochi, and it’s up to players to stop the group behind the revival and finally put Orochi to rest, for good. In the story mode players will pick a team to take on countless enemies, and exchange teammates mid-battle to switch up tactics, or let fellow teammates recharge their health. A new triple-musou attack has been added that allows for a team attack, and there’s also a desperation tag-team assist feature in case one of the player’s characters are injured too badly."
