The makers of Mount & Blade Mount & Blade aim to capture that feeling, putting you in the boots of a fledgling warlord with only a sword, the furs on your back, and a big dose of ambition. Developed by TaleWorlds (a small, seven-person team) and running on its own engine, Mount & Blade is definitely a labor of love.
