8BitJoystick Writes: "t ends up that this game is hitting both the Wii in Japan on disc in late September with two extra levels and the WiiWare store as a smaller download and a lower price. Currently the disc version is has not been announced to come to North America but the WiiWare version totally is. It is being developed by Hudson in Japan and it takes advantage of the widescreen aspect ratio for maximum explosive insanity.

It is a new version of the classic Bomberman formula but developed by Hudson in Japan and it has been designed to take advantage of all the things that make the Wii unique. It is going to have up to 8 player online battles over the Nintendo Wifi Connection as well as any combination of local players."
