‘Pete’s Dragon’ Review – NJ

NJ: The original "Pete's Dragon" came before "E.T," of course, but in retrospect you can feel its influence on the Steven Spielberg classic. Fractured family, lonely kid, protective creature, stupid adults – there are a lot of the same elements. (The dragon is even named Elliot.)
