Game review: Overwatch is the best new FPS for years | Metro

It might be the best FPS that I've seen in a long while however no single-player story, and limited content with the latest batch of promised content being delayed makes it not worth my time! I decided to sit back and wait this time, they got me with The Division and Destiny but not this time!

I have to disagree, with the amount of unfinished games put out recently, overwatch is a breath of fresh air. It oozes quality and fine detail of the likes I haven't seen since maybe gta 5. I think people misunderstand the concept of added free content. It's ready when it's ready. They could have delayed it 2 years and had more maps added but thats not the point. People playing support it so blizzard do it back. Imagine if world of warcraft was delayed 7 years so they could release all dlc at once. Makes no sense at all.

And adding single player as an afterthought is another reason we end up with half assed games, so we could wait another year, blizzard could waste a lot of time and money so we can end up with a mode which people who were in to overwatch in the first place aren't interested in. Remember when they added multiplayer for bioshock 2??

I bought Destiny, The Division and Star Wars Battlefront and i can say with experience that games with fragmented campaign wont get my money ever... Overwatch can be the best but with no serious SP i won't buy...

But i'm happy for the game because gamers are happy with it :)
