Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes may not have exactly set our collective gaming minds on fire but The Phantom Pain fixed that by offering a very entertaining experience full of the same kitschy mechanics we’ve come to expect from the franchise.
Whether it's showcasing damage realistically or simulating fractures and conditions, these games are worth checking out.
The Metal Gear series has sold 60.2 million copies, as of September 2023.
...and yet, they couldn't give more respect and effort into the collection.
What a terrible company.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is another rollercoaster of a game in the Metal Gear Solid series. Here's what to expect and why you need to experience it.
Amazing how bad this game looks already. We keep acting like this gen doesn't feel like an update but I think we're starting to see it.
The game started really strong in that hospital, but after a couple of hours I wondered if it was even an mgs game I was playing.
MGS5 is the worst MGS by far.....is basically a 5 hours non interesting game which repeats itself 4 -5 times.... the voice acting for Snake is ridiculous (fortunately there is Troy/Ocelot who saves it a bit), gameplay animations /mechanics are cheaply made and sped up which resemble lame COD... the world ,plot, story, characters pacing are basically non existent or completely boring and the open- world environment is empty and cheap made... last but not least --MGO 3, the game is completely crap,MGO3 is hubris to what MGO 2 was(the best ever tactical competitive multiplayer game)...again mGO3 is a crappy game, copy of COD in TPS , trying basically to satisfy that audience...MGS5 is the only game from my MGS collection which i traded it afterwards
