Turn 10 Studios and Microsoft have released a new update for Forza Motorsport 6: APEX. This new update brings various stability and performance improvements – especially for AMD devices – and adds an option via which players can disable VSync.
Regular viewers of this series will know that it's sometimes a struggle to get a great 4K experience from GTX 970, involving lots of testing and settings tweaks. But what if the game did the settings adjustments for you on the fly?

I personally run Horizon at slightly lower specs than Apex. Still looks miles better. Also far more fun but that's just my opinion, prefer the slightly more arcade style.
I got curious as to what my fps would be like on Horizon since I haven't really played it since launch and I heard that there was a performance patch. I was pretty impressed that I got around 90-110fps on Ultra at 2560x1440, I remember the fps used to be all over the place.
Turn10 runs a pretty tight shift not only with their schedule every two years, but their engines as well. One of the best optimizes engines in the business.
