Also while it is the same character model in gameplay and in-game cut scenes, I think ND's engine allows to allocate some resources at certain segments like in a cutscene moment adding slightly more detail etc in cutscenes in realtime also the lighting can be focused and makes a huge difference.
Also many sceneries has been re-done, better shaders and colour grading and improved motion blur
Best looking game I've seen this gen.
The ability to play this game in its entirety while cel shaded deserves an extra point

Naughty Dog is even different in this !! Instead of downgrade like mostly happens, they do an upgrade xD Can't wait for my copy and finish Drake's Story
