Microsoft has addressed these issues a long time ago. Its up to developers to maximize the Xbox One capabilities.

No, Remedy did a great job, and QB turned out to be one of the best looking games out there. Pixel quality over pixel quantity please!

And yet the "pixel quality" is a low res, fuzzy mess. And then you got the horrible ghosting and pop in issues. The game literally looks like games did last gen when the systems were being pushed to their max and the end results were games that just looked way to blurry that definitely made you feel like its time for a new generation.

Decent pixel quality please! Not this low res mess.

What happened to producing xbox 360 consoles a day longer than Sony produces ps3 consoles. Microsoft has no staying power. I don't even believe these upgraded consoles exist or are coming but if I was a betting man I'd say MS makes the first move

Backwards compatibility killed already flagging 360 sales. So it makes sense for production to stop.

I think there's a news regarding this matter back in 2013. Some devs stated that the ESRAM won't do much in resolution and in visual bump. In fact it's a bottleneck, end of story. You guys should try to Google that news.

If Kojima could top out at 900p at 60fps with Metal Gear Solid V on Xbox One, Remedy use some weird 720p-ish resolution on Quantum Break, and graphical sticklers like Crytek topped out at 900p for Ryse, I think it's safe to say that those are very demanding games and this Rugby game is not. This game really is not representative of much.

It's still just 32mb, which really isn't enough to buffer the average game at 1080p...unless you want to pass on decent textures, global illumination, dynamic shadows etc.

Microsoft was just plain dumb not putting more/faster memory in the new Xbox if native 1080p output was the target.

They will probably up the 32MB to 512MB with the XBox Next upgrade. There will be plenty of it in the new system, I'm sure. I'm just wondering what they will do with the GPU and CPU this time around. Hopefully it'll have at least 2TB of storage. It's obvious that 500GB wasn't nearly enough. I blew through that in less then a year. I not have a 4TB external HDD and I've already used 30% of it.

Hahaha the PS4 was running with 1080p out of the box in 2013! And btw it has been receiving performance enhancing updates just like the X1!

PS4 does have some more games than X1 that do, but you are making it out to be some sort of powerhouse... Not to make you cry, it isn't.
