Are you happy with Tracer's new pose?

I say Blizzards reaction was just right. Take a pose that people complained about, pull it from the game like it's going to be toned down, then replace it with something just as sexy(if not more). It's the perfect way of saying, "It's my game, I'll make it how I want it to be and for those of you who complain... be careful what you ask for." SJW's need to stop, period.

If everyone who complained loud enough got their way, nothing in this world would be acceptable. Hitler was an SJW, so is the KKK, so is ISIS. While extreme examples, their intent is to impress upon others a set of values that they feel is more important than having the freedom to choose. Tolerance of those with differing opinions is the only recourse that makes sense because they deserve just as much respect as you do, in spite of their differences, because it's their choice.

Whether you like it more than the other pose you can't come out and say blizzard did this with ill intent to the person who complained.

I mean you cant see her butt directly or from a frontal perspective anymore but you know what, her butt is still showing. I can still see it from the side. And its still sexy. Neither pose is/was 'sexual' nor does it 'sexualize' the character. New pose is fine, but old one was fine as well and never should have been changed in the first place.

Number one the original pose should not have even been an issue. Number two those who complained seriously had it coming. Someone on either side of the fence was going to take offense no matter what blizzard did because for whatever stupid reason certain feminist who are hideous to look at can't stand a hot sexy portrayal of a woman. To them it's not realistic that is the excuse it's not reality. When in truth it's not their reality it does not reflect the way they look which is usually plain, ugly, fat, and just zero sex appeal. Media portrayal of hot women alienates these feminist and so everything hot is a god dam issue.

Bottom line is tracer belongs to blizzard and they can design her however they dam well please. Because when you know what you do is going to make someone unhappy than you do the next best thing you make yourself happy. Blizzard chose to keep their artistic integrity and do what they felt was right for their creation giving two middle fingers to anyone using the sexist argument to simply not feel alienated by the creation.

Tracer is pretty and just too hot in her tight orange jumpsuit nothing no pose of any kind can change that she will look sexy in any form outside of making her fat, ugly, old, and wearing something that does not show her body at all. The character is hot. So like the saying goes if you got it flaunt it.
Truly the only idiots making an issue of this are those insecure feminist and the white knights defending them.

Because without a doubt real world women confident and strong and hot themselves would find tracer cute, complimentive, and really not a problem at all because they know the difference between reality and fantasy and any portrayal of women in media is simply one view from a variety of sources that have no baring on the success or failures of any individual in real life.

Tracers pose is not going to have a profound negative impact on real women looking to succeed in life that is solely up to the individual not blizzard. To claim stereotype, and or objectification being the cause of female oppression by the media is a sad excuse for any female hiding behind it.

This was a pretty clever move by Blizzard to emulate a classic pin-up girl--which are now seen as feminist icons. These sorts of images lead to women challenging the preconceived gender roles and their sexuality during the times--helping spur women to push back on male social and sexual restriction ideals. There's a fair amount of literature out on the subject should you choose to google and read it. =)

Tracer's first pose was unmistakably for men given the context of tracer's character, but this new one represents feminist ideals and history and couples better with a strong woman. I can't wait until I see the thread "remove this pose...feminism doesn't belong in games!" XD
