April 1st marks the passage from Sony Computer Entertainment to Sony Interactive Entertainment. Since it’s already past midnight in Japan, the change is already effective there.
Many wondered if the company would lose the iconic diamond in its logo, but apparently this isn’t the case, as shared by Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida on Twitter.
First look at the upcoming controller, which uses PlayStation Link technology to deliver wireless connectivity with ultra-low latency for fighting games.
It can also be used wired which is fairly important to note. Anybody using this thing competitively won't go anywhere near wireless.
Disc Drive for PS5 price will also be reduced in these regions.

Madness. For something that costs probably not much over half to produce than it did in production. Odd how there's been so many sales though. Frequently the disc console has been available for £410 with astrobot included recently - even this week. And now the digital console is going up to 429 with no game or drive? 😂😂
Production cost have not decreased at all. There is one company TMSC that dictates wafer costs and they have quadrupled.
Eh that's not true. A 1TB SSD was over £200 prior to PS5s release (yes it was only 800+gb in PS), now you can get one for £50-60. That's a massive difference. And you can't seriously be saying the GPU has gone up in price 5 years later.

Well I for one didn't touch the games in March. I can't even remember what they were. I remember adding them to my library though
I just platinumed the Cowabunga Collection last night. Great nostalgia trip, especially with all the extras. Comic covers, cartoon screenshots, box art, manuals, original adverts etc. Good get!
You can drop in right at the end of a level from watch mode, save, then reload the save and beat the boss! Huge time saver if you’ve already played the games to death.
Other than that you gotta do three Tournament Fighter games which take longer, but you have a rewind button. Very user friendly, this one. Lotsa tweaks in the games, including god mode for some.

I think I watched the Sonic trailer but the music was so generic and grating that I stopped watching.
TMNT: will maybe fire it up at some point.
The thing for me is, if I'm currently in the middle of a game, why would I suddenly drop it to play a game that I can add to my library? It would take something I really want, like Silent Hill 2, to drive that.
Correction:
Japan didn't get TMNT; got some mecha game instead (that I'll never play).
I was too busy last month, when I do have time, I played Jedi Survivor, GT7, RDR2, just too many games to choose from for PS5. On top of that, I've been out and about so no time to play more.
New PS Plus monthly line up and catalogue wasn't that good for March though.
I should have plenty of free times next month. I'm looking forward to play Forza Horizon 5. It will be my first MS game so it's going to be a surreal experience playing it on Playstation.
PC gaming is cheaper than console gaming. With Amazon Prime, you get free games every month, and Epic gives away free games every week.
