Virtual Reality Is Finally What Makes Your Non-Gaming Friends Start Playing
GamePlayersReview: Each generation of consoles broadened the gaming market. The Wii, in particular, brought in new gamers with its motion controls. Sony and Microsoft then continued the motion control trend with Move and Kinect. Their intention: to increase the gaming market. A good thing for them—a broader market means more profit and happier share holders—and a good thing for us—we had a blast playing with people who are generally non-gamers.
But right up until today there has always been a divide: gamers, and non-gamers.
Virtual reality is about to change all of that.
