The basic principal is to use a computer in the uppermost levels to trick Dalia into heading outside and attacking.
1. Head to the top floor of the building, either by outside piping or inside
2. Get a guard uniform but hide it well.
3. Investigate the computer in Daliah’s Office.
4. Head to the eastern security desk and carefully grab the doggle.
5. Once you have the doggle head back to the computer and wait for Daliah.
6. Trick her outside with coins and break.

I’d have assumed it would have gotten something like a remastered trilogy of the original games or a remake of the first game. Something for a 25th celebration.
