Very few classic arcade games hold up as well as Bubble Bobble. Believe it or not, it's been thirty years since its initial release so let's pay Bub and Bob a visit and see how the years have treated them.
In Anthony's latest 8-Bit Chronicles, he elaborates on how much he loves Bubble Bobble. Like, REALLY. Dat main theme!

The Drop
A game of powerful heroes, intense strategy, and last-minute victories. Paragon early access begins March 18th and aims to open up MOBAs to the masses.
Designed by the team at Epic Games, Paragon puts a third-person twist on MOBAs with a diverse roster of heroes and tactile combat. Enter the fray and defend your base from the ever-encroaching march of the opposing team. With heart-pounding five-on-five matches, Paragon will change the way you compete on PS4.
For those that simply can’t wait until Friday, Salt and Sanctuary launches this week on PS4. With brutal 2D combat and a robust item crafting system, this gothic adventure is Ska Studios’ most ambitious project to date.
I think I might put down some cash for Paragon foudners pack. I've tried a few MOBA's but the learnign curve was jst too high for me, this looks like a solid 'noob friendly' MOBA I can get into.
The amount of content coming to PS4 is overwhelming. I didn't even know Paragon had early access coming this early.
So excited about Salt and Sanctuary. Two of my all-time favorite games are Dark Souls and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. This game looks tailor-made for me. Throwing in co-op makes it sound all that much better. I really hope it's not disappointing.
Hamster Corporation announced more upcoming Arcade Archives PlayStation 4 re-releases during a Niconico live stream today.

After these titles, Flak Attack (1987, Konami) and Gradius 2 (1988, Konami) are planned for release from spring, Darius (1986, Taito) in the summer, and The Ninja Warriors (1987, Taito) in the fall.
Still love double dragon after all these yrs, remember my mum and dad giving me £1 for the arcades which was basically 10 goes. It was always dd, supersprint, op wolf, decathlon, wonderboy and ghouls and ghosts
Havnt played Bubble Bobble in years. Certainly looking forward to this crop of releases.
Now bring on the Snow Bros!
Loved this game as a kid
Played this all the time when I was young, might just have to pick it up for shits and giggle, at least it has local co-op and me and the wife can play together
