The Coleco Chameleon could be huge. Here's why.

I will keep an open mind to this retro console as you just never know, it might be the retro unit we are all looking for, then again, it might not. Want to see more information on it and what support it has from the dev-community.

I would definitely like to see some real facts on it. Retro Video Game Systems said they'd have a Kickstarter up by now, but it seems (from a recent update) that maybe they're skipping the crowdfunding route altogether. I suppose we'll find out eventually.

Pointless system since it won't play a large chunk of the retro games people care about, seeing as they are owned by SEGA and Nintendo. Cartridges are cool, but what about when the memory battery dies? The PS1 got it right by switching to a disc and memory card based set-up.

The battery very rarely died cartridges were awesome especially for kids

I think they're aiming to go further back than most of the Nintendo and Sega games people remember.

It all depends on the games.. I mean, all the games for this can be ported onto vita or 3DS too if its only for indies with no strong exclusives.. I love retro games & still play them but nintendo isnt making games for this thing.
