A rare Sega Genesis 6 Cart Demo System, AKA DS-16, has surfaced on eBay.
I'm fairly certain these used to be in a bunch of malls in the early 90s. The first time I played a Genesis was at a kiosk and I could switch between games with s button. I rocked Ecco the Dolphin on there a few times before I finally owned one!
