Neil writes "The latest twin sticker to hit the console is that of AIPD from Blazing Badger. With a stunning visual style that is akin to all things TRON, it certainly looks the part. But as is the case with many games, looks can quite easily be deceiving. What we want is a solid shooter that keeps us going back for more. Something in which five minute sit downs turn into hour long sessions."
A.I.P.D doesn't bring a lot of new stuff to the twin-stick shooter genre, but it gets enough right that you'll most likely have a good bit of fun with it, providing the difficulty doesn't prove too much for you. - TGC
Like so many other would-be Retro Evolved usurpers, AIPD is an on-paper clone of Geometry Wars at best, sporting the look and ethos of the former game while lacking the depth and replayability that made it so great.
AIPD basically wants you to survive round after round of enemies getting gradually getting harder as you can imagine, but with each round offering a different challenge.
So, it doesn't have an endgame? Sort of puts me off but i like the amount of game changers.
