This isn’t the brony magnum opus you’d be forgiven for expecting (that’s an entirely different sort of evil). Nor is it even about horses. And yet, it is perhaps the digital equivalent of ingesting horse tranquilizers—the pixels alternate between garish Day-Glo and deathly gray; there’s an ominous hum, cracks splinter across your vision, and paranoia floods the spaces in between. What would happen, Pony Island asks, if a video game was possessed by the Devil? What would happen if you played it? What sort of things would a demonic game do to the player? How would it be exorcised?"
