Its made by the marvel vs capcom 3 dev. I do not think it'll be an arena fighter. If it was made by Namco THEN id be 99% sure it would be.

Siliconera - Even if you haven’t heard of them, you’ve probably played at least one of the several games that Japanese studio, Eighting, have worked on. In particular, they’ve collaborated with Capcom on several fighters such as Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Fate/Unlimited Codes, and more recently the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 games.
Never tried it but the praise on the music alone seems interesting.
