Created solely by Toby Fox, Undertale is one of the biggest indie surprises of 2015, and is an instant classic everyone should have in their collection.
Asgore is often reduced to being either a ruthless dictator or an absolute wuss by the fandom, despite being incredibly layered.

Amidst choices between pacifism and genocidal tendencies, Undertale goes truly beyond in terms if story-telling, and the line between what is considered "right."
One of the most touching and beautiful told story with a great cast of characters and excellent soundtrack. I highly enjoyed my playthrough of the game very much. It's a darn shame, not many people know about it or even give it a chance just because of the way the game visually looks.
Great game, highly recommend.. it is true that at the beginning it doesn't look appealing, but once you get into it..it is amazing
sorry but this game just didn't click with me. i find the reviews awfully overrated and it seems like the more positive reviews it gets the more likely it will go down as a cult hit.
i like the idea of not having to kill enemies and trying to socialize with them. but the design itself is simply too basic for me. walk down a path, get hit with an enemy and decide what to do. walk some more and hit a black hole and it takes you back to the same enemy. over and over again. then you have silly dialogue like do you favor butterscotch or cinnamon? and then repeat it and ask why you chose. and people think this is witty and charming?
