Super Mario Galaxy Rated for Wii U Virtual Console

If the ESRB is any indication, the next Wii title to grace the Virtual Console service on Wii U could very well be Super Mario Galaxy.

I got locked out of my games on my 3ds when I upgraded to the new 3Ds then went want to the 3DSXL, wouldn't let me transfer my stuff

Call nintendo, they can recover your account and purchases. From your old console to your new one. I sold a Wii on craigslist with purchases on it. Then bought another, and had Nintendo support move over the account.

If anyone's worried about that they should wait for Nintendo account to launch before making anymore digital purchases.

As I understand, with Ninty's new network having gone live in Japan, people register all Wii U and 3ds purchases through their website.

I havent seen it and it should be worldwide... People outside of Japan will need their own.. Ive only read about it and im pretty tech savy... Most people arent

I would've much preferred an HD re master for this or a proper sequel. I have no interest in playing 480i standard definition games anymore.

Uh, I did play it...EIGHT years ago! I'm not going to go back and play this again unless there's some kind of incentive to do so, such as a nice HD uptick. If you want to go back and play old shit, go for it. For me there's just too much new stuff to play to even have time to play old stuff. There's tons of old movies that I love too but I have no desire to watch them on VHS anymore.

Already got the disc, next please Nintendo. How about those GameCube games rumoured over a year ago and that are not actually compatable with the console until you release them, you can already put Wii discs in the console. Sort it out Nintendo.

I cant believe people are finding reason to complain with this announcement - of sorts. Arguably (easily) one of the finest games, not only of last gen or last 10 years even, but of ALL TIME. Dont take my word for it, head over to ANY review of said game. SD or not will NEVER dilute the experience of this game. A true classic.
