Google Begins Rolling Out Google Play Music Family Plan, $14.99 For Up To 6 People
Back in September, Google announced that Google Play Music, the search giant’s Apple Music and Spotify competitor, was to get a family plan “later this year”. Well, that later now.
The new plan lets up to 6 people listen to unlimited, ad free music on Google Play for $14.99 a month. As we noted before, that puts it on a level playing field with Apple Music’s own family plan, while Spotify is a little less generous, offering a 50 per cent discount on additional premium accounts, not a family plan per se.
