Carl Williams writes, "Streets of Rage 2 is a fan favorite for the Sega Genesis and for good reason. Fans have created hacks that have brought in other characters like Scott Pilgrim and even fixed the censoring that Sega performed back in the day. The fun just keeps coming. Now, a fan has taken the original game, changed out the four main characters that Sega provided and replaced them with bosses from the game. Kind of like Street Fighter II Championship Edition, now you can play as the bosses."
Certain villains in gaming, such as Resident Evil's Mr. X and Baldur's Gate 3's Raphael, have accompanying, super fitting OSTs that strike terror into the hearts of players.

Here's the Ghetto Gamer list of top 20 soundtracks from the 16-bit era.
lol this is amazing.. but gets pretty boring if it gets that easy. I could be wrong though. :P
