CheatCC says: "Wild West Guns is an okay WiiWare offering. It has a good-looking presentation, a solid control set-up, relatively quick load times, and it's a game that's as casual as they come. But it's also a game built on a formula that is extremely dated."
Pocket Gamer: Thanks to Wild West Guns, I have a whole new moral compass.
The next time I run someone down, shoot him in the head, or steal his horse I won't feel bad about it at all. I won't even panic about the police being on my tail.
To rid myself of any guilt, all I'll do is nip into my local church, or even drop my local Big Issue seller a couple of pence.
Pocket Gamer reports on Gameloft's second WiiWare conversion for the iPhone, Wild West Guns. The game was announced via the company's Twitter feed - a first for gameloft.
Zentendo: "Wild West Guns is best looked at as perhaps a good first attempt. It has good settings and sound to suck you in to the Wild West theme, but the actual gameplay just falls short. The controls are great and responsive, but the game itself is just too repetitive and gets boring quickly. If more variety had been added then perhaps a higher score could have been given."
