"As games progress, we start to see certain genres or elements go away. One of the most notable is the turn based RPG, which has largely been replaced by the action RPG. In many ways it makes sense. It’s easier to engage people with fast paced combat and dynamic elements than to strategically think about every move you make. While this is a direction a lot of games have taken, Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition tries to combine turn based combat with the ability to explore and interact with the world. With this interesting premise, is Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition the next must have RPG or is it just a different take on the turn-based genre?" – JPS
