Life is Strange finally achieved the inevitable with its fifth and last episode Polarized. If some had doubts that Life is Strange was doomed to fall into disappointment, now it’s time to re-think the whole journey and how this title slowly turned to be a huge disappointment.

I'm disappointed by the fact that it is over.

Endings were a bit sad, especially the other one but it was well done and heart breaking, other was a bit meh.

Anyway, I did like it more than I originally thought I would.

Unfortunately many fools were okay with possibly the most garbage ending in history. Now we might never get alternative endings patched in, thus the game has no more use.

Yes the ending wasn't great but it's like Mass effect it was all good up to that point and that shouldn't be forgotten.

Wayyyy worse than ME ending. The end choice was utter trash, poorly written and played out. **** spoilers ***** »»»» Chloes misery was caused by her fathers passing, so why the hell would she let someone save her, which would kill her mother and stepdad etc ? and why would she drive off with a smirk on her face ? So rubbish on so many levels.

I want the ending that the team that created the previous episodes crafted for the game. People asking for an alternate ending are absolutely ridiculous. You didn't like how it ended, too bad, you don't get to design the story. I loved the way it ended even if some people felt there was no point to the game, the heartbreaking way it ended touch me deeply.

What a mature comment from someone who wants patched in endings, sorry can't take you serious. If you played the previous 4 episodes and got absorbed into the world the way most people did when they played it, then one of the endings is really heartbreaking.

Absolutely agree with you! I do think though that the ending where you -SPOILER- save C sucks and offer no form of conclusion. But I'm pretty sure the ending where you sacrifice will be canon if there ever is a season 2. I saw this ending coming along way ever since chaos theory was mentioned. But I thought the ending made perfect sense. Many would say that the choices you made and everything you did was for nothing but all the choices you made has totaly changed Max as a person and it made her able to save alot of relationships and lives because she knew what would happen in the future.
Loved this game, but I'm really sad it is all over.

My friend and I talk about our choices in the game, especially the ending where he chose differently than me. He chose the more 'sociopath' ending whereas I chose the other one. Needless to say he thinks his choice was better than mine and tries to convince me why his choice was the one that made the most sense. I tell him that there's really no wrong choice..............but secretly I think his choice was not the right one and it's kinda disturbing lol

It was an awesome ending and well it was exactly the ending from "The Butterfly Effect" . Even though I wish the game ended with Max going to San Francisco.

you had two options and it made perfect sense, you could do the selfish thing and kill the town for Chloe or choose the save the town by not saving her in the first place. Its a moral dilemma that has weight. Let me guess you pick to save Chloe like an idiot and didn't pay attention to the fact that a bunch of people got kill because of the storm

It's in my top 5 games this year honestly. I thought it kinda sucked though that with all the choices in the game the ending just came down to 'choose this option or that option.'

A game with dialogue so bad people started a drinking game on it. And then got alcohol poisoning.
Life is Dranks is probably the best thing to come out of this game.

This is how you end a game by capturing all the touching moments of previous episodes, messing with a player's head (for sure the game was over once Max got to San Francisco; it was the perfect timeline).....
