"Licensed games are always a bit of a mixed bag. You never know what sort of experience you're going to wind up with, and certain properties lend themselves to fun, compelling gameplay more easily than others. I find that anime titles in general tend to work out really well in this regard, especially when they're based in the realm of giant robots, ninjas or anything else that involves punching and explosions. Naturally, Saint Seiya: Soldier's Soul seems like it would be a good fit for a licensed game adaptation, but unfortunately, it gets as much wrong as it gets right... if not moreso."
Gaming Guide Tips writes: "For more than five years, PS4 has been the home of the best anime games ever made. While the genre breeds all kinds of competition, Sony has an impressive selection of beat-em-ups. If you’re just getting your first console, this is the best time to start building your library."
Amazon has discounted the PS4 digital versions of a trio of Banda Namco digital games with Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 dropping to $6.49, Saint Seiya Soldiers' Soul to $14.99 and Project Cars: Complete Edition to $15.99.
"Amazon has added new game deals for May 3rd. Deals are Republique $14, The Legend of Zelda: TriForce Heroes $30, Return to PopoloCrois: A STORY OF SEASONS Fairytale $23 and lots more!"
